| The Amber Room, the 8th Wonder of the World entirely constructed from 40 million year old Amber, vanished during World War II. Looted by the Nazi's who shipped the $100 Million room back to Germany never to be found again. There's a whole world of conspiracy theories concerning its current whereabouts, but its the notion of this insane ultra-decorative opulence which moves me. | P.S If anyone knows where it is, let us know and we'll do a proper feature. |
